Emaile Hill Quinn

President
(Term: The President is a two year term of office. An individual may serve two consecutive terms in this office.)

Emaile is Zappos official “Event Samurai”, coordinating corporate training events for other companies and individuals who want to learn about Zappos culture and keys to success in “serving happiness”. Emaile leads a fantastic team and has worked with Zappos for more than a decade. Emaile’s mom is Shizue Hill, the RCC’s longest serving advocate. Shizue was with the organization for more than 22 years, until her death in late 2016. Emaile has carried on her mom’s passion as a board member, getting her workplace and family and friends involved in the mission of The Rape Crisis Center. Emaile has a wonderful family, including four beautiful children and fantastic husband. Emaile joined the board in 2017.

 

Michelle Walker

Vice President
(Term: The President is a two year term of office. An individual may serve two consecutive terms in this office.)

Michelle Walker joined the board in March 2017. Michelle is an executive with United Healthcare, a wonderful community partner and sponsor of The Rape Crisis Center. Michelle looks forward to growing her role with The Rape Crisis Center in the future and is passionate about serving our community.

Cody Goulding

Treasurer
(Term: The Treasurer is a one year term of office. An individual may serve up to four consecutive terms in this office.)

Cody is an active licensed CPA with 6 years of experience working for a public accounting firm with a specialization in financial institutions. Cody is currently Vice President and Controller at a local non-profit community credit union with 9 years of experience working in the private financial institution sector. Cody joined the Board of The Rape Crisis Center as the Treasurer in 2019.

Cody has served on the Board of Directors since early 2019.

Christine Kenney

Secretary
(Term: The Secretary is a one year term of office. An individual may serve up to four consecutive terms in this office.)

Christine Kenney joined the board in February 2019. Christine is the Program Director for Future Smiles. Christine worked for the Massachusetts Department of Youth Services as the Director of Educational Services for 18 years before she retired and moved to Nevada. Christine holds a Bachelor’s degree from Salem State College and a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Suffolk University.

Zenja Dunn

Member
(Term: Members of the Board of Directors serve a four year term.  There is no limit on the number of terms a member can serve.)

TV, On-Air Radio Talent, and Host, born and raised in Las  Vegas, NV, Zenja is a graduate of UNLV with a BA in Communications 1996. Zenja is a 20 year radio veteran who has worked in Las Vegas and Los Angeles in a variety of capacities in radio and TV production with individuals such as Steve Harvey and Stevie Wonder.  Zenja is very passionate about the issue of sexual violence. She has completed the RCC Advocate training and been both an MC and Model in our Denim Day Luncheon and Runway Show. She joined the Board of Directors in 2017.

Cristina Graham

Cris recently retired after a 26 year career working in Child Welfare in Clark County, NV. Cris holds degrees in Psychology and Sociology from UNLV. She joined the RCC board in March 2019.

Renee Rivera-Shaffer

Renee has been working as the Compliance Officer for the TAO Group since 2012. Prior to that, Renee served as the Deputy Chief for the Enforcement Division of the Nevada Gaming Control Board for more than 25 years, and for four years as an Enforcement Agent with Clark County Business License. Renee holds a BA in Political Science from Fairleigh Dickinson University and is a graduate of the FBI National Academy in Quantico, Virginia. Renee is extremely passionate about preventing sexual assault and developing partnerships with the Clubs and Casino Properties to keep everyone safe. Renee joined the Board of Directors in the summer of 2015.

 

Lisel Westlake

Member

Lisel has been a champion of preventing sexual assault and human trafficking as a leader in providing security training at the Aria Casino Resort, and now in Corporate Security Management for MGM Resorts International. Lisel began her career with MGM Properties Security in 2008, and has moved through the ranks and participated in their corporate leadership program. In 2015, Lisel was recognized as the Safety and Security Employee of the Year by the Nevada Hotel and Lodging Association.  Lisel provides oversight of security training and operations for MGM Resorts properties in multiple states and countries. Lisel joined the Board of Directors in 2017.

Tanna Prince

Immediate Past President

Tanna is an employee benefits consultant for Lockton Companies and has been active in the Nevada benefits community for more than 16 years.  As a senior vice president for Lockton, Tanna is responsible for managing a team of benefit experts who work with clients to manage the costs of health care programs, keeping programs in compliance with state and federal regulations and communicating the value of benefit plans to employees.  Clients include governmental entities, gaming and hotel businesses, tech companies and large automobile dealerships.

Tanna has served as the President of the Las Vegas Chapter of the Western Pension and Benefits Conference, and has been recognized within the industry as both a Certified Employee Benefit Specialist, and a Fellow, Life Management Institute (FLMI).  Tanna has been serving on the RCC board in a variety of capacities since 2008, and served as President of the Board of Directors from 2014-2019.
